Still fighting the banks to accept Certificated Security after doing every single step.

After sending out 3 Security Certificates, properly endorsed and the letters of Adequate Assurance and later, Notices of default, the banks are still insisting they will not accept this process. Now they are threatening to repo my vehicles. I have spoken to them on the phone and explained that these are NOT birth certificates, but Security Certificates and they need to be processed as such. I have reported the securities to the IRS on form 3949A. I am also processing the 1099s with the 1040, but they are going to take my vehicles by then. I can't be without transportation as I am disabled and need to get to Dr. appointments. I don't know what else to do.

Sue and litigation is the only way to get these corporations to do anything. Create your process, documents, responses in a means that will further incriminate them and destroy there case as you go on. I don't know exactly when we are supposed to sue but once you feel you've exhausted all letters and methods and have a winning case, proceed to the next step.

Stealing your vehicles is a crime. I'd make sure they are inside a gate and a garage. Lock everything. They have to commit a crime. Demand that they prove they loaned you money from their own capital that already existed before you signed the promissory note. If they cannot prove this, then they have no option but to discharge the debt and pay you back in full plus interest.

Try obtaining the original promissory note, put your special indorsement over the top of it and demand they use this to discharge the debt in full. Give them all the laws that states they must accept your legal tendar.

You don't need to threaten to sue or say they are committing fraud just yet but if they decide to attempt to steal your vehicle then you will be left no choice.

I'd look up to what extent you can protect your property. Can you use weapons if some stranger goes on your property to steal your property?

This is not legal advice and for entertainment and comedic purposes only and don't sue me bro ;).
